Who am I?

I am Hilde Christiaens

I've been a clinical psychologist (she/her) since 2007, and an unashamed nerd about personal development and behavior change tools .

 

Since 2013 I have been giving training courses in who to deal with your thoughts and feelings in a different way, and to improve the connection with yourself and others. My goal? To help people stand more resilient and free in life.

 

I do this with both playfulness and seriousness: Seriousness, because the things we are going to share together are important. Playfulness, because humor and connection make learning so much more enjoyable.


I use my knowledge and experience in behavioral change, acceptance and commitment therapy, positive psychology, addiction, authentic relating, connecting communication, polyamory and consent, as well as my experience in storytelling theater training.

 

Every training I give, I have put together with the scientific information and exercises that I saw making a significant difference, and that made me want to share them further with others.
